Smile Flawlessly Affiliate Partnership Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Partnership Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Smile Flawlessly Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Program Overview

The Smile Flawlessly Affiliate Program allows approved beauty professionals, influencers, and partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by referring new clients to Smile Flawlessly for cosmetic teeth whitening services.

Participation in the Program is subject to approval. Smile Flawlessly reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.

 

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn:

• R200 per new client referral
  • Commission is credited only after the referred client completes their whitening appointment

Commission is not paid on:

• Cancelled appointments
  • No-shows
  • Refunded services
  • Existing Smile Flawlessly clients

A “new client” is defined as a client who has not previously booked or completed a service with Smile Flawlessly.

 

3. Payout Terms

• Commission accumulates as credit
  • Payouts are issued once the Affiliate reaches a minimum of R2,000 in earned commission
  • Payouts are processed via agreed payment method (e.g., EFT)

Smile Flawlessly reserves the right to verify all referrals before issuing payout.

 

4. Credit Usage

Affiliate credit may be:

• Paid out once minimum threshold is reached
  • Redeemed for Smile Flawlessly services
  • Redeemed for Smile Flawlessly products

Credits:

• Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash below payout threshold
  • Must be redeemed in accordance with Smile Flawlessly policies

Smile Flawlessly may limit how credits are used during promotional periods to protect business viability.

 

5. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via:

• Unique affiliate link
  • Assigned affiliate code

It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their referral link or code is used correctly.

Smile Flawlessly is not responsible for:

• Lost referrals due to incorrect link usage
  • Clients failing to use the assigned code
  • Manual tracking errors outside of verified systems

Commission is credited based on system-recorded data only.

 

6. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

• Represent Smile Flawlessly professionally
  • Avoid misleading claims or false advertising
  • Avoid medical or health-related claims
  • Comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies

Affiliates may not:

• Offer additional discounts beyond authorized promotions
  • Run paid ads using Smile Flawlessly brand name without written permission
  • Present themselves as employees or official representatives of Smile Flawlessly

 

7. Affiliate Experience Requirement

Smile Flawlessly may require Affiliates to personally experience the whitening service before actively promoting it.

If applicable:

• Any onboarding pricing or credit arrangements will be explained separately
  • Participation may be revoked if minimum referral activity is not met

 

8. Termination of Partnership

Smile Flawlessly reserves the right to:

• Remove any Affiliate from the Program at any time
  • Cancel outstanding credit in cases of misuse or fraud
  • Modify commission rates or structure with notice

Affiliates may discontinue participation at any time by providing written notice.

 

9. Modification of Terms

Smile Flawlessly reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Smile Flawlessly is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of business, income, or opportunity
  • Platform tracking failures outside reasonable control

Participation in the Program is at the Affiliate’s own discretion and risk.

 

11. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Smile Flawlessly.

Nothing in this Agreement creates:

• Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations where applicable.
